My kid’s visit was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and made him feel very confortable. By the time Dr. Medellin arrived to the room, my son was very confident that everything was going to be fine. The doctor took her time to do an excellent job, and she was patient with my little one. Our experience at the office was excellent thanks to the professionalism and the genuine care the offered us from the moment we arrived!!! What a really good experience we had!!! Had a wonderful first experience with Anderson Dental… Coming from Sage dental in WELLINGTON where my five year-old daughter was “discharged from the practice” by the office manager without knowledge of her dentist, Dr Gelber, because I simply asked about their “newly updated pricing” over the phone and the Wellington office manager and staff decided to take a very unprofessional attitude with me refusing to offer simple info “over the phone.” Consequently, I called the Royal Palm Beach office and spoke to one of the office staff and she told me the information within the first five minutes. The office manager at Wellington Insisted that I must show up in person to receive that information even though I had an appointment (that day we had waited for several months to get) AND even though I’ve been a client for the past five years! SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!nnAnderson Dental staff front desk and office management treated us with welcoming smiles and complete transparency about pricing, Not to mention my dental hygienist Sylvia and my daughter‘s hygienist Ashley was completely personable and treated us with gentle loving care! My family was excited about this experience! I’m so relieved that the front desk staff was so warm and understanding! Even our new dentist, Dr. Funes, was full of smiles and a warm welcome! They did not suggest as aggressive as a cleaning program as Sage gentle, which is better on our budget since we are out of pocket payers. We are grateful to start a new relationship, and grow our daughter up in a practice that has integrity.nnAdditionally, I didn’t formally meet Dr. Anderson but he did address me respectfully and asked me if I needed any help as he was walking by in the hall… I love a practice that feels like home! They definitely have a massive practice with a lot of action going on, however their professional team has a very personal vibe. I love all the updated technology as well!nnI will miss my past hygienist from RP Sage, but Mia has recently left the practice back to her home country so I’m looking forward to a long lasting relationship with our new dental practice!!!
