Everything runs so smoothly.nnEven though I don’t have any major dental concerns and typically just come in every six months for routine cleanings, I was amazed by how thorough and attentive everyone was. Nothing felt rushed, and every detail was explained clearly.nnThere was an unexpected issue with my insurance during my visit, and I was so impressed by how the staff handled it. No one seemed frustrated or inconvenienced. Instead, multiple team members stepped in to help, kept me informed, and made sure I was comfortable while everything was sorted out.nnMy dental hygienist, Amanda, was absolutely amazing. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she’s also incredibly personable and easy to talk to. The front office staff was equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Colburn was phenomenal: knowledgeable, thorough, and so personable that she immediately put me at ease.nnI truly cannot say enough good things about this office. Every single person I interacted with made the experience enjoyable. I never thought I’d say this about a dental appointment, but I honestly could have stayed there all day. She explained every step throughout the process in a way that was comforting. Dr. C is always super friendly and does such a great job making you feel like you belong to the family. The care I've received at Exquisite has been amazing. I'm very anxious about dentistry and the doctors and staff make me feel very at ease and do quick work.nnBri, my hygenist, was great. She kept me informed of what she was doing every step of the way and in the end, a procedure (periodontal cleaning) I had been very nervous about wasn't an issue at all. My teeth already look and feel better after one visit with her.nnThe entire staff from front desk to doctors are professional, friendly, quick and in my two appointments so far I have been called back within a minute of my appointment time or even before.
