This was my first time visiting Cincinnati Dental Services office in Eastgate. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, warm, and professional each staff member was whom I had encountered, especially Jenna, Heather, Jessi, and Dr. LeCroix. I would recommend this office especially to people who feel nervous about going to the dentist. The only complaint I have is the presence of a urinal in the one unisex restroom off the waiting room - most women would not want to use a restroom that also had a urinal.

My dentist retired so this was my first visit to Cincinnati Dental Services. I was impressed with the bright and clean appearance of the facility. I was able to park in front and there was only a 5 minute wait to be seen. The staff was friendly, swift, and professional. Scheduling my next appointment was easy and convenient. I was thanked for choosing them and I was confident that I made a good choice. I will certainly be a steady patient.

I was very happy with the service I received, I even got some new technology that I had never seen before, they scanned my lower teeth with a wand. I was very impressed.
