This office has very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring individuals who are empathetic toward the service, the cost, and the rising healthcare expenses in our country today. They are very patient and pleasant with us, genuinely explaining the services and costs. I really appreciated their sensitivity and willingness to listen and engage with us as patients.

Despite my Dental Insurance not covering the full or half of the treatment plan, overall Apalachee Family Dental is phenomenal. The staff were all kind, friendly and welcoming. The Dental hygienist was gentle with my teeth and educated me in my concerns. In addition, the office was very inviting, warm and cozy.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, the dentist was gentle and thorough, and the entire visit felt efficient and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care.nnThe dentist clearly communicated every step, used great visual 3D tools to explain current findings, and outlined future care in a way that was easy to understand. Highly professional and very thorough.

Because of insurance problems I had to switch dental offices. I am so glad that I found Apalachee Family Dental. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. I felt as if I was part of their family already even on my first visit the cleaning was very thorough and the doctor and the hygienist explained everything to me as they went along I wasn’t something that I was used to. I highly recommend Apalachee Family Dental if you need a dentist in the area.

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Treating an emergency promptly not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

What is considered a dental emergency?

Severe toothaches, knocked-out teeth, broken or chipped teeth, lost crowns or fillings, abscesses, or swelling that affects your ability to eat, speak, or breathe.

What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?

Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and keep it moist in milk or saliva. Bring it to your appointment immediately.

How can I relieve a severe toothache until my appointment?

Take over-the-counter pain relievers and use a cold compress. Avoid placing aspirin directly on your gums.

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

Most insurance plans are accepted. Call ahead to confirm coverage and benefits.

What are your hours for emergency appointments?

We offer same-day and extended hours for urgent needs. Contact us to be connected to the right dentist, then contact their office to check availability.

What if my dental emergency happens after hours?

Many emergency dentists offer 24/7 availability or extended hours. If your emergency happens late at night, check if an emergency dentist is open nearby, or head to the ER if you have severe pain, swelling, or trauma.

Can you treat a cracked or chipped tooth?

Yes, our dentists can restore or repair damaged teeth to prevent further complications.

Will I need a follow-up appointment?

Some emergencies require additional visits for permanent treatment, such as crowns or root canals.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, our dentists prioritize same-day scheduling whenever possible.

How do I get the fastest care?

For the fastest care, call us first and we’ll connect you with the right dentist in Suwanee.
