I decided to visit Dental Care at Bent's Landing after a friend highly recommended them and kept talking about how great their customer service and overall experience was. After my visit, I can honestly say he was absolutely right. I was very impressed with every aspect of the office.nFrom the advanced technology they use to how informative and detailed they were during my visit, everything was top-notch. I had zero complaints.nEvery staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The best Dentist I have ever been to! Every single person in the office is extremely sweet, thoughtful and helpful. They make me feel so comfortable being there! After my first exam appointment, I had initially left frustrated because I felt the staff was trying to sell me on services that totaled hundreds of dollars that I really didn’t need. However, I went back to get a crown and Dr Ramirez was great. He was very personable/professional, and understood and addressed my concerns. The dental assistant was also great and made sure I was comfortable. I plan to continue to go here for my dental needs, and would recommend others to do the same that want a high quality of care.
