Dr Ramirez and his staff are very knowledgable and extremely friendly! They make me feel taken care of and comfortable during all my visits! The girls at the front are so warm and welcoming and do great job explaining all the financials!! I trust them and would recommend them to anyone!

After my first exam appointment, I had initially left frustrated because I felt the staff was trying to sell me on services that totaled hundreds of dollars that I really didn’t need. However, I went back to get a crown and Dr Ramirez was great. He was very personable/professional, and understood and addressed my concerns. The dental assistant was also great and made sure I was comfortable. I plan to continue to go here for my dental needs, and would recommend others to do the same that want a high quality of care.

My first visit was great there were no surprise sales techniques used unfortunately dentistry has become very big on selling new things you don’t need. Customer service that was given by the front office was awesome . The hygienist Christina was phenomenal. My concerns were addressed. Dr. Ramirez came in very friendly awesome chairside manner. I highly recommend Dental Care at Bents Landing. A plus, they accepted my insurance.
