I had an emergency dental problem and was in between dentists. The first office I called said they could only take new patients in April… and it was February. I googled emergency dentists and Aspen appeared first. Their customer service was so helpful and compassionate. She immediately gave me an appointment for that morning. After getting to their office, everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was so professional and caring. They are outstanding!

This is the best Aspen office I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The front desk made check-in easy, and the dental team took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and answered all my questions without rushing. The office manager after my appointment explained everything with my insurance well. 5 stars!

I broke a tooth in the front of my mouth on the bottom Friday evening and my husband and I are about to fly to Florida on vacation. Early Saturday morning I drove to Aspen Dental hoping they could help and did they ever! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I felt they sincerely wanted to help me. The dentist did an awesome job and kept me informed every step of the way.

I have been in the Homestead office two to three times and ALL the staff was nice and courteous. Today, I had two teeth pulled and the experience was amazing.
