I went To Aspen a couple of weeks ago with an issues that I was having with teeth. When I say that the front desk young lady Addy is amazing, she is amazing. I had service done that before that I thought was completed and come to find out it wasn’t. When I say that Aspen went above and beyond to correct the issue. They correct the issue. What an incredible experience! I've not been to a dentist in over a decade and grew up with no dental hygiene ever taught to me (literally wasn't taught to brush my teeth), so I knew going in that my teeth weren't in good shape and I was SO scared!nEveryone in this office put me at ease with their friendly and cheerful attitudes. They fully explained everything they were doing before and during the process to help with my anxiety about being at the dentist. I never felt shamed, I never felt judged, I felt like I was being taken care of. I feel silly saying this but I'm excited to go back next month, I love the team here :)

I had an emergency dental problem and was in between dentists. The first office I called said they could only take new patients in April… and it was February. I googled emergency dentists and Aspen appeared first. Their customer service was so helpful and compassionate. She immediately gave me an appointment for that morning. After getting to their office, everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was so professional and caring. They are outstanding!

I have been in the Homestead office two to three times and ALL the staff was nice and courteous. Today, I had two teeth pulled and the experience was amazing. Something like pulling teeth, they made me comfortable and I was done in no time. I want to thank everyone today. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.
