I’ve had several bad experiences with dental offices recently, but Aspen Dental in Knoxville completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of, treated kindly, and seen promptly. I can’t say enough good things about Aspen Dental on Chapman Highway. As a teacher with a busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule, they are always incredibly accommodating and willing to work with me. The staff is quick, very friendly, and truly personable, from the front desk to the dental assistants, hygienist, and doctor. Every interaction has been positive, and they always make me feel comfortable and cared for. What's more, they quality of the care they provide is outstanding! I honestly don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. Highly recommend!

All of the workers were super welcoming and friendly. I had 2 top wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Cook. He was amazing and it was over in less than 5 minutes. The front desk ladies help me set up an efficient payment plan and were super helpful.
