I don’t like going to the dentist but the staff at aspen made me feel comfortable and at ease! Starting with Rani at the front desk very friendly and polite Jessica took me back and did the X-rays very friendly and patient took her time and explained what she was doing which made my anxiety go from 10 to a 3 and Dr Cook was amazing answered all my questions explained all my options was very good at explaining the steps that needed to be taken. Lyndsey was wonderful and gentle with her exam and funny. Then there’s Rachel and Deanna with checking out explaining my cost what my insurance covers and don’t cover the different options I had for the most cost effective for my needs …. For anyone who dislikes going to the dentist go to the aspen on Chapman Hwy they make sure you are comfortable and understand everything you’re going to need with the up most patients!!

In error I chose a affordable place in Pigeon Forge that was nothing but one horrible experience after another. A friend recommended the Aspen Dental in Chapman after seeing all I was going through. The staff from the beginning to the Dentist was a completely different experience. I was given all the information up front and treated very professional. All my questions and concerns were answered, and I never felt like I had to hurry up so they could get to the next person.

All of the workers were super welcoming and friendly. I had 2 top wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Cook. He was amazing and it was over in less than 5 minutes. The front desk ladies help me set up an efficient payment plan and were super helpful.

I hate dentists. I’m a young woman. I’ve had experiences where I don’t feel safe. The staff here were wonderful (and mostly women) and the dentist was super straight forward and accommodating towards my schedule for future treatments😌
