First time patient for tooth pain. Office staff very polite and helpful. Dentist assistant caring and understanding of circumstances. Dentist was pleasant, caring and concerned. Approaching situation with great caution due to personal issues. Not looking forward to returning (normal reaction for me) but knowing I will have the same dentist I feel confident he has my best interest in his hands.

Had an amazing experience at Aspen dental in Hackettstown! They were extremely transparent about pricing and the breakdown of each aspect. The employees were very helpful, kind and really helped me make the best informed decision. During my appointment the dentist kept me very calm throughout the procedure checked in with me consistently making sure Iw wasn’t in pain. Throughout the procedure any changes the dentist fully explained so i understood what was happening to me and why. Both Scott and Dr. Botrus were incredibly considerate & informative naturally.nI can’t say enough great things about this dentistry! The pricing is more than reasonable and the people at the front desk are very understanding about financial difficulties. This is a great office with a very helpful and friendly staff!

They truly have your best interests in mind are very flexible about scheduling and work life balance. Dr. Botros did my fillings, and perfectly matched the filling to my teeth color. first time that’s ever happened!!! the staff made me feel very comfortable and made my experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend this aspennnEDIT: the lovely hygienist, Jade G! what a stellar worker she is. she is attentive and caring towards her work and readily explains everything she is doing before she does it. she made my experience in the hygiene one to remember! a fun gal and a hard worker. definitely recommend coming here to get you teeth cleaned by her. awesome work!!
