I had an amazing visit from start to finish! The education, care and attentiveness was top level! Marjorie was so kind and knowledgeable in giving me options to help with my oral health due to a secondary condition. Nikki cleaned my teeth with gentleness and thoroughness! There was a new assistant , Sheylynn, who was very kind and gentle with xrays, and Dr. Poulson, gave me a very thorough examination. The whole team was vey welcoming and I was very apprehensive, knowing what my xrays would show. I never felt embarrassed or judged and I am very thankful for the extra care and information and products that were readily available to help treat my mouth due to my other health conditions.

I was Soo nervous coming here. But I was QUICKLY reasured and the staff are sooo amazing and the dentist he does like everything it's impressive and he is very nice as well! The dental assistant understood my pain and was Soo kind and gentle with me and that has NEVER happened !! Each person I interacted with has been so helpful!!

Everyone is so friendly. And they were very thorough and explained everything well. I had shamar as my assistant, he made sure I was doing okay as I was getting my X-rays done. He was very quick and efficient! Which I appreciated cause that was uncomfortable.

I went in for pain in lower left jaw radiating from a tooth. The technology I thought was pretty cool. I could watch as they 3D scanned my teeth and gums. The X-Ray and CT scan was cool too. You could see that day what was going on. I was able to see I have a cracked tooth and infection that day. The assistant, hygienist, and doctor all explained their treatment plan well. I was just in a state of shock learning I had to loose a tooth/body part. I consider my teeth part of my body. The doctor was patient as I processed that. I decided to go with the implant option. Explanations were all visual so if you are deaf like me this is a great place to go. If anyone is reading this, they should know this is only one data point as I've only been there once. Nothing else was done outside of investigating the problem and discussing treatment plan so this review is centered around that.

The staff are friendly and professional.,All dental care is expensive, so I’m glad to experience the helpful team at Aspen for my needs.
