Almost zero wait time for my appointment, the office and exam rooms are very comfortable and immaculate.nI highly recommend Dr. Sussman, she is the best and makes you feel very comfortable, taking time to answer any concerns. It's evident she cares about patient comfort and care. It doesn't get better that that.nIn fact, the whole staff is extra special.
Gloria Erdos, Feb 2026
Gentle Dental Shea is wonderful. Dr. Sussman is a skilled and caring dentist, who does great work and is a pleasure to be with. And today I came in to get my temporary crown reset, and Destiny went above and beyond to make me a new temporary so that it's super comfortable. Five stars for the whole staff!

Dr. Sussman is excellent! Always kind and caring!nDestiny, her long time assistant is highly skilled and fantastic! I really like her!nThe front office receptionists are rude, non caring and horrible on the phone. They leave patients holding on the phone for an EXTREME length of time and never pick up the phone to let you know that they will call you back.nIf it weren’t for Dr. Sussman and Destiny, I would never return to this office.nThank you Dr. Sussman and Destiny for making my visit so pleasant.

Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.
