I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant, friendliest, professional and thorough customer service experiences I have had in years. This was my first visit and I was so impressed with every interaction from the front desk and every staff member to the billing breakdown and options. They were punctual and efficient. Best dentist visit ever, best experience all around every category. Thank you I appreciate the outstanding customer service and competence .

Hands down the best, most personable dentist I’ve ever been to. They made me feel comfortable and even heated up a blanket for me! The dentist is professional and you can tell he knows what he is doing. The entire staff made me feel like a long time friend and they all got along with each other. Highly recommend this dentist office!

Best hygienist I’ve ever had. Constantly checking to make sure I was doing ok, and showed me everything I was going to pay for before she started. Explained each thing as she did it. I’m 28 and I never really knew what they did in there besides a generic “teeth cleaning” so it was nice to learn what is actually being done and what I’m paying for. Ahh, this is my first review- of any place- ever.nnSo, I can’t believe I’m saying publicly- that, I haven’t been to the dentist in AGES. Multiple reasons attributed to that: insurance, cost, anxiety, pain, the staff being so… robotic.nnBut I met the most lovely people today!! It wouldn’t be right if I DONT leave this review.nnFirst of all, sanai (I hope I didn’t mess that up) greeted me so personably and friendly. Usually, I’m ready to walk out of the door just as fast as I walk in. But, the place was so clean and to not get treated like a number- that made my anxiety go down immediately. Which, I feel is soooo important in any business. She didn’t just go through the usual checklist and “ok have a seat” crap- she actually made me feel like a person, she even complimented my bag (: (thanks girl) and she had such a nice smile 🥰nnThe demeanor of the place just isn’t what I was used to. I work in healthcare, so I’m not really used to being the patient… but I know my other doctors appointments didn’t feel like this.nnFor my first time there, I felt like they already knew me. Plus, they had hot chocolate and water all neat and organized to help distract you from the crap coming next.nnThey even had like- an air diffuser which takes away the smell of fluoride and sterile-ness (for lack of better terms).nnSo, my first five minutes was pleasant. But, the whole time I was sipping my drink I was still stressed out because I just remembered my past experiences….nnBut then Erika called my name! My PREFERRED name- which is great because some places ask what you want to be called, then don’t do it.nnErika helped ease me into conversation when all I wanted to do was weld my mouth shut 😅nnIt was nice because I felt I could really relate to her and she talked to me not just about my teeth- but about my day. I really appreciated her reassurance that everything would be okay. She stayed and talked to me about other things the whole time we waited for the doctor (which wasn’t long). She’s amazing, and I would come back just to hangout with her hahannJackie came to chat with us too and stop by- which again, eased my anxiety. She made me laugh and that’s not something you ever really get at the dentist. God bless her soul. ❤️nnBut, I digress- the doctor was very confident, attentive, and quick to see me as soon as I was ready. He even remembered my family and what my mom did for work. I think having that rapport with my family- nonetheless remembering little facts about them- sets him apart as not only a medical professional that sees soooo many people- but as a person. I trusted him instantly. He could take out all of my teeth if need be and I’d like like- “alright! Take them.” 🥹nnAfter he described what needed to be done, he sat to answer any questions I have. Which, I only had one. “How much?”nnHe directed Wendy over to come see me, and she made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done.nnWhile I felt my anxiety coming back, she didn’t just push a bill on me. She broke it down and actually- when I saw the numbers I was SO RELIEVED.nnThe price for everything that I needed was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than expected. I just love her for being the bearer of good news, and smiling in a time of distressnnAll of these people I encountered- truly made a difference in my day… & more importantly my desire to better my health. And it’s worth posting privately about and remembering their name for.nnI’m not saying I’d go to the dentist just for fun, but the staff here is incredible . From my very first visit, he was incredibly nice, professional, and made me feel at ease.
