I was happy with the care I received at Dental Care at the Mark. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the dental hygienist, made me feel completely at ease. My hygienist, was gentle and thorough with my cleaning, and my DMD Victoria Figueroa took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan without making me feel rushed. She is very friendly and a great dentist. Everyone is amazing. The office is modern and spotlessly clean, and they were very respectful of my time I was seen right on schedule. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dental team.

I am a new resident to the Winter Garden area and started coming to Dental Care at the Mark late last year (Nov 2025), I’ve had several visits since then and, wow, what a great experience! The team work and collaboration is unlike any I’ve ever seen before. Dr. Figueroa is a sweetheart, she is very skilled in her work, always does a great job. She is also funny, compassionate and caring. I can say the same about her staff, from the front desk ladies to the dental assistants & hygienists, everyone here has been wonderful. I want to take my time to thank Dr. Fiqueroa for not only her dedicated and expert service, but also for caring enough to deal with Medicare Advantage Dental plans!nnI also want to thank Andrea and Laura for their stressful work to work the dental claims. I have discovered that insurance claims are rarely paid in 30 days and many are paid after 90 days or later. Each claim is unique and has specific requirements in order to received payment which causes re-billing and additional time.nnI recommend Dental at The Mark and Dr. Victoria Figueroa because of the personal service I received from the Doctor, and each employee. Will have to say that I don’t enjoy going to the dentist but the staff here made it as enjoyable as it could be. During my initial visit, it was determined that I needed to see a specialist. The staff located the specialist, coordinated the appointment and made sure I made it to the appointment on time. The follow up appointments were made quickly and they were very accommodating. The dentist, front office staff and the technicians in the back are some of the nicest and most friendly around. If you are in need of a good dentist and are in the Hamlin/Winter Garden area, I would highly recommend Dental Care at the Mark.
