Will have to say that I don’t enjoy going to the dentist but the staff here made it as enjoyable as it could be. During my initial visit, it was determined that I needed to see a specialist. The staff located the specialist, coordinated the appointment and made sure I made it to the appointment on time. The follow up appointments were made quickly and they were very accommodating. The dentist, front office staff and the technicians in the back are some of the nicest and most friendly around. If you are in need of a good dentist and are in the Hamlin/Winter Garden area, I would highly recommend Dental Care at the Mark.

I was new to the area. I was walking in town and came across dental care at the mark. I walked in made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning. Office is very clean. State of are equipment on site. Staff are very friendly. Dr Figueroa also very friendly, gentle. Would 100% recommend this business!

Everything I was looking for in a dentist, I found here. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienist, the assistants, the person who took my X-rays, and the doctor — everyone was truly amazing. I felt very comfortable the entire time. They are extremely professional, and the technology they use is top-notch. This is definitely the place I always recommend when someone asks me if I know a good dentist.

This was a grueling but very positive visit. We were well welcomed and assisted. The cost was way more than expected even if every penny of it is well worth it for my 82 yr old husband no longer in pain and looking much happier with way better smile that took and will take complicated treatment plan but that will be worth it all. I was greatly assisted in getting the financing and in the end this financing was indispensable and relieved my anxiety about 12,000$ total cost. Thank you all staff for accommodating us to get as much as possible done at the get go, including a well.overdue cleaning. Laura up front and Raphael in the back were both dedicated, thorough, personable, efficient and patient with all my questions. Our dentist, whom I had not met before was so kind with my husband whom she knew previously kudos to all...Merry Christmas to all and thank you again

I was happy with the care I received at Dental Care at the Mark. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the dental hygienist, made me feel completely at ease. My hygienist, was gentle and thorough with my cleaning, and my DMD Victoria Figueroa took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan without making me feel rushed. She is very friendly and a great dentist. Everyone is amazing. The office is modern and spotlessly clean, and they were very respectful of my time I was seen right on schedule. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional dental team.
