Dr Ortiz and her team of hygienists have been amazing! They keep you informed on the cost of everything throughout the process. They are friendly, welcoming and quickly eased any anxiety I had going into the appointment.

I took my 3 year old to her first ever dentist appointment here and they were so incredibly amazing with her! I was nervous about it but she had a smooth and positive experience thanks to the efforts that they took to make the appointment welcoming and friendly. Best dental office I've ever been to in my entire life. The facility and service is absolutely impeccable. Extremely clean. The staff is top tier. They are so nice, funny and comforting. I've never felt like a burden in any way, doctors offices in general need to use Baldwin Park family dental as the standard.
