Best dental office I've ever been to in my entire life. The facility and service is absolutely impeccable. Extremely clean. The staff is top tier. They are so nice, funny and comforting. I've never felt like a burden in any way, doctors offices in general need to use Baldwin Park family dental as the standard.

Dr Ortiz and her team of hygienists have been amazing! They keep you informed on the cost of everything throughout the process. They are friendly, welcoming and quickly eased any anxiety I had going into the appointment.

I took my 3 year old to her first ever dentist appointment here and they were so incredibly amazing with her! Admittedly, the dentist has always been my least favorite doctor to see. However, Dr. Ortez has created a warm, friendly and well-organized environment that I’d recommend to anyone in search of a new dental home. Everyone from the admin team to the hygienists are receptive, available, thorough and focused on individualized care. Now instead of going a couple times a year for a cleaning, I’m locked in with cosmetic dentistry with Invisalign and annual teeth whitening. Adi has been wonderful with my Invisalign plan of care. She is always so positive and practical. Lori is great with teeth cleanings and I look forward to seeing her next month!
