Excellent quality care. Amber is fantastic; best cleanings I've ever had, zero discomfort and she's super personable. The dentist is prompt, takes the time to chat, and answers questions carefully and thoroughly. The front desk staff is great at scheduling and clear about billing expectations and insurance upfront which I appreciate as well.

Had a great experience here overall. Billie was absolutely amazing and honestly a huge reason why the visit went so smoothly. She was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or judged. You can tell she genuinely cares about her office and wants to help people feel at ease. The rest of the team was also very welcoming and professional from start to finish. Really appreciate all the help from everyone here and highly recommend this location.

I have been to around 5 facilities in regards to dentures. Aspen has been amazing in allnaspects. All of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel heard and seen. I have lived with anxiety forever and hated my smile so much. They were so understanding and precious. Dr. Patel never ever made me feel stupid or judged. He explained his plan of care in detail. All ofnthe girls from the time you walk in to the meeting with the office manager was excellent . I felt like old friends. Popping in to see my new smile as i say back so happy. During the procedure calming encouraging words being said, held my hand and just made me feel more relaxed. I have found my dental office fornlife..

We were just in there with my fiance Ken. He had to have 2 teeth pulled, and has a complicated dental story. Weve been elsewhere and no where has the expierenece and hospitilaity of this office. We were helped by nurse Anna and she was as sweet as could be. She explained everything in great detail and with the doctor she helped make sure he was comftorable and not in a lot of pain. She even was kind to me as I wanted to be back there and sit with him while he got it done. She made sure i had a seat next to him, and when i couldn't be in there she put me in a waiting room right next to him. Ms.Justice checked us out, and she was the one who set our appointment. She was so kind even on the phone when talking to me. Ken was so so so happy and seeing him smile and be out of pain is such a great relief and blessing for us. It wasnt even too expenisve with our insurance. Thank you so so much aspen team in highland. We are profoundly grateful for you.

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something is wrong, and ignoring it often leads to bigger problems, such as infection or tooth loss. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

How Dental Emergencies Happen in Pilsen

Life in Pilsen is defined by its rich cultural heritage and active neighborhood spirit, from exploring the vibrant murals along the 16th Street corridor to enjoying a community festival at Harrison Park or a show at the historic Thalia Hall. This bustling urban environment, however, can sometimes lead to unexpected accidents. A sudden trip on a busy sidewalk near the 18th Street Pink Line station or a mishap during a game at Dvorak Park can quickly result in a broken tooth or severe tooth pain. When you are facing a dental crisis, you need immediate care right here in the neighborhood. Local care means you can get relief without the added stress of traveling to another city when you are in pain.

What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?

Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and keep it moist in milk or saliva. Bring it to your appointment immediately.

How can I relieve a severe toothache until my appointment?

Take an over-the-counter pain reliever and apply a cold compress. Avoid placing aspirin directly on your gums.

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

What are your hours for emergency appointments?

We offer same-day and extended hours for urgent needs. Contact us to be connected to the right dentist, then contact their office to check availability.

What if my dental emergency happens after hours?

Many emergency dentists offer 24/7 availability or extended hours. If your emergency occurs late at night, check whether an emergency dentist is open nearby, or go to the ER if you have severe pain, swelling, or trauma.

Can you treat a cracked or chipped tooth?

Yes, our dentists can restore or repair damaged teeth to prevent further complications.

Will I need a follow-up appointment?

Some emergencies require additional visits for permanent treatment, such as crowns or root canals.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

How do I get the fastest care?

For the fastest care, call us first, and we’ll connect you with the right dentist in Pilsen.
