I recently went to Dental Care on Ballentrae for a routine cleaning, and the care was excellent. Crystal was wonderful; she was personable, professional, and thorough throughout.nnThe staff is all very welcoming and personable, and was easy to work with scheduling my follow-up appointment for a crown. My crown appointment was painless (both literally and figuratively), and Dr. Diamse and Nelly were informative, friendly, and fun to talk to. I’ll absolutely be going back.

Super friendly staff, hygienists, and dentists! Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Crystal especially was an absolute delight to talk to (as much as one can during a cleaning) and I don’t think I’ve ever had … fun? At the dentist before? That’s a first!

When Avery left I was sad because she was the best hygienist I’ve ever had. As a prior military family we moved around so often and unfortunately we didnt always get our choice in who we saw, and sometimes it was an awful time. As someone who has medical anxiety it’s always important to me that I find someone who is very kind. Avery was always so patient, thorough, and very personable. With that said since she’s left the team placed me with the Caitlyn and she is just as amazing as Avery. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, thorough, and personable she’s your girl. 10/10 experience.

They are on time with appointments and always polite. Because I have Tori bone in my mouth the hygienist was very careful when doing X-rays. They had a temporary dentist until the new dentist arrives and I very much liked him. I didn’t feel like his recommendations included anything unnecessary and he explained the work I needed very well. My only concern is the number of dentists they have replaced since I’ve been a patient.
