Wow! Dental Care on Ballentrae is the best dental office I've ever been to! The facility is gorgeous, the tech and equipment used is top quality, but the best part (and my fav!) was the staff and Dr. Dunning. From the time I walked through the door until the time I left, I was met with kindness and such a fun and inviting atmosphere! Looking forward to seeing the staff again for future appointments!

the staff was incredibly kind! every person i interacted with was wonderful and accommodating with my photosensitive epilepsy. i mentioned how i have a hard time with dental hygiene due to depression, and they were all very sweet and understanding. they told me that they’d give me resources to help with motivation for hygiene and whatnot! i will be going back to get my cavities filled, and i look forward to their advice!

Nice, clean, new, efficient office. Great first experience on new patient visit. Danielle was professional and friendly coordinating cleaning and care. Used a mailer coupon - it was honored and no upsell. I appreciated that.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and thorough with what they do. I talked to a few people before I made my first appointment and they were also as impressed as I was after my first visit about a year ago. Have been in several times since then and the quality of service has always been 100%!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Olivia Dunning at Dental Care on Ballentrae. The office itself is beautiful and welcoming, and the entire team made my visit smooth and stress-free. They were able to work me in for a cleaning, and my teeth have honestly never felt more deeply cleaned. Dr. Dunning is the perfect blend of compassionate and highly competent. She took the time to investigate my concerns thoroughly and even referred me out to ensure I received the best possible care. I felt completely confident and cared for under her guidance. The hygienist, Avery, was also exceptional, probably the best I’ve encountered in North Carolina. From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience at a truly patient-focused dental office. Kudos to Dr. Dunning and the team for being awesome!
