I’ve been through several dental offices in 6 years living here. It feels like I found the right fit. From the front office personnel to hygienist to the dentist. NC apparently has rotating hygienist and where I’m from I like to keep 1. Build rapport and experience with them. Hard to do when you don’t keep same person overall Based on first experience. I’m very hopeful in keeping this one! Office is clean everyone is friendly and hardly any wait time

My visits are always a pleasant experience. the staff are very professional, kind and takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions fully with what needs to be done next. My hygienist Mikia is such a kind young man who does an excellent cleaning. his mannerisms is a greatly appreciated. A 5 star is not enough for my time and experience . for Mikia. I hope I spelled his name correctly.

I have a fear of dentists and dental procedures. Berkeley was my dental hygienist and she was excellent. She was detailed, comforting, gentle, and informative. Answered every question and prepared me for every step- which greatly helped my anxiety. Dr. Rodriguez was also excellent and I look forward to her future treatment. I will update this post after receiving treatment for my cavities.nFront desk staff are also very friendly, especially Keisha (spelling? Apologies) A huge thank you to the exceptional team at this location.nEdit- Had my cavities filled, under gas. I was very anxious, but everything went super well and Dr. Rodriguez was so caring and checked on me often.nEdit 2- I started my Invisalign treatment today. Bibi was excellent and did a wonderful job!nEdit 3- If you need a dentist, I cannot recommend this clinic more. Every visit, I'm greated warmly, treated with respect and care, and the everyone radiates positive energy. I've been there 5 times for treatment and leave feeling great each time.

All I can say is thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! From the initial phone call, to the moment that I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Melissa and Tiffany greeted me with smiles and genuine concern for my “situation.” I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled appointment but they didn’t beat me up about it. Shortly thereafter, Vivianna politely ushered me into my room to take my vitals and X-Rays. They were all very gracious and so polite. I was finally greeted by Dr. Beaver, who makes you feel at ease with his humorous demeanor and laid back style. I was about to undergo surgery, which can be intimidating, but he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He had jokes even as he performed the surgery lol. Vivianna assisted every step of the way. They were like a tag team duo as they took care of me carefully. The surgical procedure was completed successfully without a hitch, thankfully. I’m so very thankful for this team of professionals. They all really did an amazing job. Special shout out to Melissa who helped me figure out some payment options that worked for me tremendously! If it were not for her, I wouldn’t have been able to get what I needed done all at once. Her solution literally brought tears to my eyes! If you’ve ever struggled with your smile, or have dealt with some not so nice dental offices, then you know exactly what I mean. I was literally thanking God for my Wife’s referral to this great group of people. I definitely have found a new home for all of my dental needs from here on out. I was in so much pain before I walked in! Now I can truly say that I am able to smile now, even with all of this gauze in my mouth!! Thank you so much to the Farmington Village Dental Care team!! The best customer service and treatment received by a dentist office. Very friendly and gentle. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for putting all my fears to rest. You have been so kind and have patiently answered every question. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
