I have not gotten established with a dentist in Charlotte yet, but had a chipped front tooth I needed to get fixed quickly before my new job begins next week. I used the online chat feature on the website and they were able to get me in next day at 8am. Dr. Rodriguez was very nice and fit me in for a filling that day after diagnosing the chip. Somehow, being the master teeth-grinder that I am, I managed to chip the filling slightly in less than 24 hours. They got me in at 8am the next morning and Dr. Beaver took a look at the filling and polished the little chipped notch for me very quickly. Special shoutout to Dr. Beaver for being absolutely delightful. I plan to get established here as a new patient. I am very anxious in general and have dental anxiety as well, and both dentists helped ease my fears. The office manager at the front desk was also kind to me and I appreciate her being non-judgmental when I got emotional about my tooth. Thank you!

I have a fear of dentists and dental procedures. Berkeley was my dental hygienist and she was excellent. She was detailed, comforting, gentle, and informative. Answered every question and prepared me for every step- which greatly helped my anxiety. Dr. Rodriguez was also excellent and I look forward to her future treatment. I will update this post after receiving treatment for my cavities.nFront desk staff are also very friendly, especially Keisha (spelling? Apologies) A huge thank you to the exceptional team at this location.nEdit- Had my cavities filled, under gas. I was very anxious, but everything went super well and Dr. Rodriguez was so caring and checked on me often.nEdit 2- I started my Invisalign treatment today. Bibi was excellent and did a wonderful job!nEdit 3- If you need a dentist, I cannot recommend this clinic more. Every visit, I'm greated warmly, treated with respect and care, and the everyone radiates positive energy. I've been there 5 times for treatment and leave feeling great each time.

I’ve been through several dental offices in 6 years living here. It feels like I found the right fit. From the front office personnel to hygienist to the dentist. NC apparently has rotating hygienist and where I’m from I like to keep 1. Build rapport and experience with them. Hard to do when you don’t keep same person overall Based on first experience. I’m very hopeful in keeping this one! Office is clean everyone is friendly and hardly any wait time

Best dental experience I’ve ever had!!! Dr. Rodriguez and Nayra did an amazing job on my fillings. Very thorough! Answered all my questions and executed the job to absolute perfection!
