This place is amazing… After having to take chemotherapy 6 rounds of full body radiation and having a bone marrow transplant I beat cancer but my teeth start breaking and everything else that ruin teeth. I came here and Dr.T and his staff was amazing. He helped me out so much they are affordable and will let you do a payment plan. What I appreciate the most you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I have more work to be done but I feel better knowing my care is in this wonderful team hands…. Btw the lady at the front desk I think her name in Mindy is so kind. You can tell she love her job

I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly. When I entered everything was very friendly and efficient. But, the most outstanding was what I observed. A man came in looking for service, but this ForwardDental Brown Deer office did not offer what the gentleman needed. He was elderly and without asking, the front desk person called around to find an office that met his needs. Then she gave the gentleman all the information he needed: locations, addresses, and phone numbers! She was so helpful to this gentleman who would not be served by her office.nMy cleaning was so excellent and my hygenist was able to describe the condition of my bones, gums, and teeth. She was very professional and I wondered why she was not becoming a dentist, but she loves helping people!nI was looking for a great feel good dentist and I this is the place!

I was called because they had a cancellation so I got to come in early which fit right into my schedule. The receptionist, Mindy, and the young lady Lillian, who helped were focused on me and asking me if I had questions or any concerns. Great customer service. When I was getting ready to leave the manager also came out and checked to make sure everything was OK. You could see that they all cared.

Very busy office, took a month to get an appointment, but treatment was thorough with up to date equipment and procedures. Staff was welcoming, and the hygienist was careful to explain whatever was coming next. Got a quick referral and appointment to an endodontist, followed by return appointment. Clean and bright office. Overall a pleasant experience.

Jorri is wonderful. She explains problems that are happening with my mouth and so helpful. If you are a wise business you will not ever let her go. She is a large asset to your office. The girls at the front desk always make me feel welcomed.
