I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly. When I entered everything was very friendly and efficient. But, the most outstanding was what I observed. A man came in looking for service, but this ForwardDental Brown Deer office did not offer what the gentleman needed. He was elderly and without asking, the front desk person called around to find an office that met his needs. Then she gave the gentleman all the information he needed: locations, addresses, and phone numbers! She was so helpful to this gentleman who would not be served by her office.nMy cleaning was so excellent and my hygenist was able to describe the condition of my bones, gums, and teeth. She was very professional and I wondered why she was not becoming a dentist, but she loves helping people!nI was looking for a great feel good dentist and I this is the place!

Jorri is wonderful. She explains problems that are happening with my mouth and so helpful. If you are a wise business you will not ever let her go. She is a large asset to your office. The girls at the front desk always make me feel welcomed.

Love the friendly atmosphere. I haven't been to a dentist for a LONG time and NEEDED a cleaning and check up. All the people who helped me were friendly, kind and nonjudgemental. I was already anxious and embarrassed about my irresponsibility of not going to see the dentist more often. But they made it feel safe and friendly. Talked me through everything and gave me multiple options in improving my teeth, gum health and overall smile. Thanks!

Love the staff. They were very patient with my son and overall great environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids.
