I like to Thank Swift Creek for the professional service and compassion they have shown me when I arrived. I just had a couple of surgeries done and before they would give me service, they went over details to inform me prior to service that really showed how much they care about there clients! I'm so grateful to have walked through these doors, and to know that I have a dentist that has my best interest at Heart ❤️ I would highly recommend Swift Creek Dental Care to all my family and friends! The lights were softly dimmed, calming diffusers filled the air with a gentle fragrance, and spa-like music created such a peaceful atmosphere—I almost forgot I was at the dentist! The entire environment was designed to put me at ease, and it worked perfectly.nnNot only was the setting incredibly relaxing, but the staff was warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Always good service, never a wait, nice facility, patient dentists that answer all questions, close to my house… love it!nnI left the dentist office across the street because all they did was gossip to eachother the whole time they were working on my teeth, not even warning me when something was going to hurt, never explained anything, always had long waits and even left after starting so you’d be waiting again. So I’m MUCH happier at Swift Creek where there’s none of that and it’s quiet and peaceful and their time is dedicated to you. I really like how they’ve made it more spa-like now too.nnThey also always have their benefits person come in the explain what will be covered and what might not, so that it’s all very clear and there are no surprises.
