As someone who deals with dental anxiety, I can’t express how impressed I am with the Swift Creek Dental Team. Marla the hygienist was amazing, calming and supportive throughout the cleaning process. Dr. Lam was knowledgeable and explained standard of care without making me feel like dental work was being forced upon me. She explained procedures thoroughly and I felt confident in her work throughout my procedures. The dental assistant during my procedure was also amazing, offered to hold my hand, was constantly checking in on me without making me feel bad about my anxiety. Lastly, front desk staff always have smiles and make scheduling/billing an easy process. 10/10 would recommend.

The entire environment was designed to put me at ease, and it worked perfectly.nnNot only was the setting incredibly relaxing, but the staff was warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and truly cared about my experience. I had an initial patient appointment the other day and it had to be the best dentist experience I have ever had. I knew the hygienist actually read my paperwork because I indicated high dental anxiety and she addressed it immediately. She did everything in her power to make me comfortable, INCLUDING getting me a blanket when I said I was a bit cold (AND she threw it in the dryer first to make it warm). The doctor was also incredibly kind, informative, and wanted to make me feel comfortable as well. Overall great experience!!!
