My experience at Addison Center Dental Care was excellent! Dr. Cooper and his entire staff were very nice to me and very professional. Everything was explained to me in a manner I understood and they took away any anxiety I was experiencing. The office was modern and clean. I am going to need a root canal next week and I know I will be in good hands. I recommend them highly if you need a dentist. Honestly, the best dental experience I ever had. The most amazing dental office I have ever been to in my 67 years of life! I have spent many hours in a dental chair trying to take care of my teeth. Due to Sjogren's Syndrome and Lupus my teeth were one of the first things to be affected. I had truly given up on dentists, because the last one I had did not meet my needs after paying a fortune. I decided to give a new area, a new practice, and a new dentist a new try. My BFF had told me how great this office was so, I said ok I will try them. Well, from the moment I walked into the office to see about an appointment, to the next day being given royal treatment like I have never had before in any dentist office that I have been to, I knew I had made the right decision. This is the most fabulous, caring, kindest, friendliest, and professional group, starting with the front desk, the dental assistants to the two dentists that I saw. They truly cared about me and my teeth problems and set to work a plan to make it much better. If you are looking for a dental office you need to look no further, this is where you should belong. I feel like we are family now just after two visits. Thank you for caring about me and making a plan to fix my teeth problems! You all are AMAZING! Please give Addison Center Dental Care a try, you will be so happy! Oh, I must mention that the prices here are much cheaper than what I paid in North Carolina for the same service in 2005. First visit - check in was smooth, paperwork completed on tablet. Taken in for my appointment in a timely manner. Every step was explained so that helped me make an informed decision. There was no pressure when it comes to making a choice about which treatment to go with. Will update after next visit.
