Came in as a new patient for an emergency toothache + swelling and everyone was excellent. Front desk was extremely helpful, x-ray technician was nice and explained everything that was happening and Dr. Tom was very transparent about everything I needed, and was very fast to respond when I reached back out for more help after the appointment. Also continued to follow up with me as I waited to see a specialist that he referred me to. I genuinely had such a great experience.

Dr. Tom has an exceptional bedside manner, and after a thorough explanation, he only recommended treatment that my teeth genuinely needed. He was completely transparent and honest, never making me feel pressured to pay more or undergo unnecessary procedures. I felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed during the procedure, and he answered all my questions. I love this office and highly recommend it.
