I went in on Tuesday (6/16) morning and they performed an eval and xrays. The office scheduled me to come back at 11:20 and the dental work was done. The process was quick and smooth. The front desk administrator that checked me in, set the stage of greatness. The young lady that went over OOP and each and everyone that assisted me were all so pleasant, nice, accommodating and above all professional. The denist herself was hilarious, sweet and down to earth, which is simply amazing.The young lady with the beautiful red hair who crowned me stole the show. She exuded what great service should be. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

The care and attention they provide are exceptional, and they truly take the time to make sure their patients are well cared for. This office has very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring individuals who are empathetic toward the service, the cost, and the rising healthcare expenses in our country today. They are very patient and pleasant with us, genuinely explaining the services and costs. I really appreciated their sensitivity and willingness to listen and engage with us as patients.

Despite my Dental Insurance not covering the full or half of the treatment plan, overall Apalachee Family Dental is phenomenal. The staff were all kind, friendly and welcoming. The Dental hygienist was gentle with my teeth and educated me in my concerns. In addition, the office was very inviting, warm and cozy.
