I came in for an emergency visit because i chipped my front teeth! so thankful for the accommodation on a holiday and although Dr Shin wasn't available, my first meeting with Dr Michelle McClure was fantastic! she walked me through recommendations for a perfect smile, she did an amazing job repairing my front teeth which looked perfect and better than before it chipped! she took her time and answered a lot of my questions.. really thankful! the staff from the front desk, who helped me find my insurance details.. to her dental assistant, who took good care of getting me prepped and post procedure care.. and pls forgive me.. if i cant remember all the names.. everyone was amazing! the type of clinic i will spend my money on! always a great experience on each visit! just shared my before and after pics

She provided a thorough cleaning while building a genuine connection with my daughter, offering gentle and helpful reminders about proper brushing and flossing techniques.nnDr. McClure and her assistant, Kaylee, were wonderful. They made my daughter feel completely comfortable, and the extraction itself was quick and seamless. Kaylee also used the iTero scanner to capture detailed images, which Dr. McClure incorporated into a comprehensive exam.nWhat stood out most was the time they took to educate both of us. They carefully explained recommended treatments and even included nutrition counseling to encourage healthier habits moving forward.nnThe front office team was equally great, walking us through the treatment plan in detail, answering all of our questions, and clearly explaining insurance coverage and financial responsibilities- removing any confusion or stress.nnI highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that truly cares about their patients!

Everyone there is not only super nice, they answer all questions, even when you ask them more than once. Dr. Shin is the best. He takes the time to explain things. And he has a great sense of humor! So does my hygienist, Caitlin! I've learned that humor and asking questions are almost the most important thing in health care, along with knowledge too! 😁
