Decided it was time to make a change and gave Aspen Dental, in Ocean Twp, NJ a try. WOW!!nnDidn't realize what a diamond in the rough was right there in front of me. I must have driven by the new building for a few months before taking the plunge. I needed to get passed the idea of going to the new kid in town and a corporate one at that.nn3 things to know:nnThe staff is great, everyone not just the dental staff! Friendly, professional, great personalities made me feel comfortable and one of the gang by the time I left.nnSoup to nuts services. My appointment, scheduled on-line, was for a checkup. I got the checkup plus, x-rays, 3D imaging of everything dental related, a complete review and evaluation of my dental health by a hygenist, a complete evaluation by two, that's right 2 dentists who developed a recommended a treatment plan for my consideration. (This was personalized no boilerplate stuff)nnThen after all that, I was provided a complete cleaning, immediately. No additional appointment required.nnLast, the docs turned me over to the office manager to estimate the recommended treatment plan, insurance coverage and final out of pocket costs. This is all personalized and insurance coverage dependent. No pressure, no sales pitch! I left with the paperwork and recommended payment plan for review.nnIf this sounds too good to be true, I assure you i am not a paid endorser and I don't work there!

From making the appointment, getting signed in, X-rays, getting cleaned, dentist assement, to signing the bill. EVERY step of that visit was seemless, professional, personalized and human. Each member that I interacted with couldn’t have been more caring.nnThe folks at this office were such a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge, human connections and easy to use office tech made me not dread having to come back.nnI’m still in shock of how well this visit went.nnY’all made what could have been very unpleasant trip to the dentist, a very unique and friendly experience.nnI can’t thank you enough.

Kiara, Niki, and Giana are absolutely amazing — so helpful, knowledgeable, and always sweet. They take the time to explain everything, answer questions, and I’ve never once felt insecure or judged. Just constant smiles, kindness, and reassurance, every single visit.nnDr. Steve is truly a miracle worker. The first time I came in, I was in so much pain and extremely insecure about my smile. My first time there. Have to say that the office & the staff was very impressing. The staff was very cordial & amicable unlike other places where they make you feel like you did something wrong & they’re going to have to create a miracle that’s going to cost an arm & a leg. The doctor was professional and yet made me feel at ease. As an old man the last thing I need is a sermon. Been there done that & got the T shirts, lol. Not done with my treatment will keep posting as we go. Looking forward to a great relationship with my new dentist office. 😁
