Twenty years ago, I had an experience with Aspen Dental that left me dissatisfied, and I never expected to return. However, after a change in my insurance left my longtime dentist out of network, Aspen Dental was able to accommodate me quickly. I am happy to say that my recent experience was a complete 180-degree turnaround.nnFrom the dental hygienist—who was absolutely outstanding—to the receptionist, office manager, technicians, and dentist, every member of the team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding. The level of care and customer service exceeded my expectations and completely changed my perception of the practice.nnAspen Dental has earned my trust back, and I would confidently recommend them to others. While the additional dental work I need is more expensive than I anticipated, I am hopeful the quality of care and expertise will prove worthwhile in the long run. Scheduled a checkup for my 4 year old twins at this location. This location was exceptional for the toddlers! The dental assistant Kaycee was fantastic! She was absolutely wonderful with the kids for the X-rays. Dr. Ghosn is a great dentist. The dental hygienist, Alisa did a wonderful job. The doctor and staff were very friendly and understanding of their age range. Wonderful experience!

A few months back I heard from a relative, that the Aspen here in Auburn had selected her friend for a “surprise smile” when she showed up for her scheduled appointment, they let her know they had completely covered the cost of all her dental work.nSo…this year when my Dentist stopped accepting my insurance, I figured I’d give Aspen a try. I was floored by how kind the staff was and how modern the office was compared to my previous dentist! Everything was thoroughly explained to me, it was unlike anything I had experienced at a dentist office before, Highly recommend!

I had a deep cleaning done on my teeth. Everything worked out well. The receptionist found a significant savings for me, saving me several hundred dollars. The hygienist was amazing. Deep cleanings are not fun but she made it as painless as possible.
