It was my first time at Aspen Dental, and Lisann was truly amazing. She made the whole visit easy and stress-free. I’ve only been once, but Lisann made a great impression she’s amazing! So kind, helpful, and welcoming.

Well, like most of us, we dread going to the dentist. My blood pressure went out of the roof. But the dentists here are friendly and kind. They really make it a calmer experience. So I was able to get my care done and now I am home relaxing and recovering. ❤️‍🩹 I also want to give much appreciation for the front office assistant who helped me not to go through a weekend in pain! Then there is Lisann, who with her warm encouraging smile, totally calmed me down and was very kind to me. Thank you Dr Omar who saw me this morning despite having a full day! I would have had to wait until Monday at 3:30

I've never experienced such a charming and honestly hilarious dental office crew quite like this one. They were also encouraging, patient, understanding, and accommodating.nI went in for a simple cleaning but didn't realize just how bad I let my oral hygiene get. During my exam they made sure that I fully understood the importance of not just getting a cleaning done, but urged me to schedule some other pretty crucial procedures. Since I'm on a bit of a time-crunch (I'll be a bridesmaid at an upcoming wedding) it was hard for me to agree to anything other than a cleaning. Since the usual hygienist wasn't available soon enough, Dr.Omar Akileh personally handled my cleaning.nThey were able to get me in the next day and during my cleaning I was never bored. Everyone in this office was a joy to talk to and made the environment feel casual and fun to be in (and they're a DENTAL OFFICE. How is that possible??). Not to mention, they actually sit you down and carefully break down each appointment co-pay, what your insurance handles, costs, all of it! Not once did I feel rushed to make a decision. It was incredibly helpful.nSo after all of that, it feels weird to say, but I'm excited to go back to the dentist!

Dr Omar and his staff are very caring in their approach while working with patients. I was made to feel comfortable and calm although there was a bit of an issue with my procedure. They kept me informed every step of the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.
