What a great experience all around! I found myself with a broken tooth and in an emergency - they were able to get me in same day and took good care of me. Very personable, communicative and listened. Michael the dental tech was great too! And Brandy in hygiene! Everyone was great! I will be going here in future for my dental care.

Absolutely wonderful place and staff!! I came in with an emergency tooth pain and that staff was not only prompt to get me in but was completely helpful tracking down my insurance info. They went over everything without pressuring me into any services. Understanding we are all struggling in 2026 help me find a payment plan that is manageable to my needs. They instantly gain me an my families business and Ill be sure to spread the word!

Very friendly and helpful! I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and they made the experience a positive one! I would give 10 stars if I could. My history with dentists has never been positive, but my last appointment left me in excruciating pain and it took a lot of my self esteem and confidence. After that i couldn't imagine ever stepping into a dental office again and I didn't for many years. I chose to hide and avoid the obvious consequences. I avoided pictures, social situations and people rather than face another dental visit. Recently, I finally reached a point where I knew I had to try again because of the i pact this had inmy life. Very reluctantly, I contacted Aspen Dental to schedule an appointment, already bracing myself to feel embarrassed and judged. Within an hour of making the appointment Aliya from the BA office called to confirm and make sure the time was convenient. I can't dully express how kind she was during that conversation and how much better she made me feel. I know she is the reason I followed through instead of finding another excuse to cancel.nWhen I arrived, she immediately recognized my voice and made me feel even more at ease. I saw Dr Baird and his team and my appointment didn't go at all as I expected - in the best way possible. Dr Baird and his team were do kind and positive. Not ounce did i feel embarrassed or judged m Dr Baird has such an easygoing manner, you can't help but feel comfortable.nI dint have the words ti fully fracture my level of anxiety, but I was certain I wouldn't get past it, amd belive me, my family has tried it all. And yet. Here i am - I made through my first visit. I don't feel ashamed. I'm actuall5 hopeful, and looking forward to my next appointment and the progress ahead, and to see Aliya again. I can't thank you enough.

I went in there needing a tooth filled and another chip tooth fixed. I also need a deep scale cleaning. He did things in the order I could afford and worked with me on every aspect of the process. Great job all of you from the girl that checked me out very kind lady to the back office. Thank you
