These folks aren’t just dental workers - they are people who actually care about the patient. I came in today after not having dental work done in over 20 years because like many, I’m not much for doctors or appointments of any kind. Needless to say, I need a lot of dental work lol but from start to finish, Dr. Jennifer and her team guided me thoroughly through each step of the visit to ease my nerves. They gave me so much support and even tips for future visits to continue to make me comfortable. The front office was pretty busy when I came in, just all the different things a receptionist goes through like deliveries, phone, greeting people and saying goodbye and completing follow ups etc - she didn’t lose her smile once. Although all those things were happening , I didn’t wait long at all.nThe assistant taking the X-rays was so sweet and was very understanding when I started crying listing my symptoms to her - her energy really eased me, she reassured me and checked on my constantly, and she was very fast completing the X-raysnThen I got seen by another assistant , we had a great laugh and she again eased my nerves and even explained what would happen as an overview so I knew what was coming. then of course I saw the dentist and hygienist - they were both so nice. They both were extremely careful when doing anything, explaining every step so I knew exactly what was coming. They are all such smart, intuitive ladies and I feel so lucky to have met them all on this new dental journey. Closing the visit, I got to meet with the receptionist again and she explained so much about future visits and payments. She worked with me explaining what options I have and showed so much empathy and understanding. This office made my fears get smaller and I am so happy I found them. Also, it’s next to Starbucks so it smells like coffee 😍 💕 thank you!!!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental and want to give a huge shout-out to Dental Assistants Sandra and Evelyn, along with Dr. Jenifer. They are all incredibly efficient, kind, and professional. They make patients feel comfortable and truly cared for, and they always have a smile on their faces. You can tell they love what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend!

I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone at any stage of their dental health. Everyone at every step I was at was compassionate, patinet and took every step to make sure I was seen and comfortable the entire time. They asked about my history with dental care and if there was any trauma they should be aware of just to make sure that I was comfortable at every step of the process. I have severe dental problems and deal with shame of my teeth daily. They recognized my suffering and while I went in to deal with pain, they looked at the whole picture and are taking care of me completely. Its a blessing to find such a considerate and thoughtful business, keep up the good work and may the people who work here be blessed every day! Absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My experience with Aspen Dental in Brooksville, FL today 1/23/26 was excellent. From the receptionist to the technicians, to the doctor, to the business staff I was treated respectfully and everything was explained very well. They devised a plan for future dental health, didn't push any unnecessary products or procedures on me and found all available options with my insurance.
