This is not our regular dentist but due to my daughter’s schedule we only had Saturday as an option. We had a great experience here! The staff was very accommodating based on our situation. The dentist was knowledgeable and provided recommendations to move forward. She put our mind at ease with her great bedside manner. Thank you for such amazing service!

The hygienist at Aspen Dental in Burleson Alexis is the best hygienist I’ve ever had in my 50+ years of life. She is very attentive and makes sure to take very good care of your teeth and you as a patient. Another thing about Alexis is she works at the greatest dentist office, in my opinion, in the DFW area. Take a note: they are at 12509 South Fwy Burleson TX 76028! Go out and see them so they can make you smile today ;-)

The receptionist was so kind and amazing. The girl who did my x rays (also someone training) were so so sooo caring and nice. I was having horrible tooth pain and they were gentle. The dentist I saw was nice but it seemed like she was more worried about other things than my emergency pain. After repeating myself 5 times of I’m just focused on my tooth pain right now, the appointment was ended. Alyssa at the check out was absolutely amazing. I did not get treatment here due to the fact when I called and scheduled an appointment- I was mislead. I asked how much the treatment would be and they told me $325. They told me same day treatment WAS an option - when in fact it is not. I was quoted $1,600 in office for my emergency issue. The office staff has called corporate plenty of times because of the call center misleading patients. If you go to an aspen office for an emergency go FIRST thing in the morning when the dentist who is there can help same day (POSSIBLY). I would definitely go here for my home dentist because the staff was absolutely amazing but without dental insurance, I simply can not afford it.

Everyone I encounter encountered on my initial visit to the Burleson office were kind and friendly. From the front desk to Mirabel, Alyssa, and Dr Rouche compassionate care with transparency in the care plans and payment arrangements. Much appreciated.
