From the min I walked in Melissa was amazing then I met Kat and she was equally amazing. Then enters Dr. Williams, the man that saved the day! I was in such pain before I arrived and scared to death. They made everything so smooth and my anxiety went out the window. They are truly an awesome team and I will forever refer everyone I know w emergency pain and routine procedures to these folks! Thank you guys! Y'all are the best! I will never forget the way Y'all made me feel! ❤️

This is the absolute most considerate, friendly, helpful, and informative dental clinic. There is no other dentist that can compare. I was definitely one of those annoying patients that had a bunch of questions and issues because of trying to figure out payment stuff. I had no insurance, but had a major cavity causing a major tooth ache. They saw me (thank you front desk lady, I forgot your name though!). The receptionist was great- and she was always calling people by their name which was nice to see. The x-ray tech who I saw first, and also forgot her name sorry, put me at such ease, was super informative about not only what she was doing, but also made sure I knew I would see 2 more people and told me what to expect with them. Then I saw Marley who was the hygienist, and she was very gentle knowing I had some tender spots. She was smiling the whole time and made me feel at ease. I then saw Dr. Ruchina Gundlapally (Dr. Ruchi) and she was SO CLEAR about what was happening and what we needed to do. She recommended a root canal but had to refer me elsewhere. I called, and that provider wasn't able to work with my lack of insurance or credit, so I decided to go with the second option of pulling the tooth. I had to apply for financing for it, but was approved, thanks to the guidance Malissa West (who is the BEST) provided me. I was then scheduled for THAT AFTERNOON for the extraction. The prep nurse (name, sorry!) made me so calm, and she asked what kind of music id like to listen to to put me at ease! They had scheduled with a different Dr. Wu who I'm sure would have been wonderful, because Dr. Ruchi was a little busy, but when I mentioned that I really liked her, they listened. Dr. Ruchi did the extraction because I was comfortable with her. The actual extraction appointment was at 1:45 and I was walking out the door by 2:08. Amazing. Simply amazing

I called early in the morning, not being from the area. They got me straight in without an appointment. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about getting to the bottom of the problem and they did my whole family now has a family dentist and we’re happy about that From the receptionist To the dentist to all the assistance thank you very much. They really put the care and what they do and making sure and assuring you that whatever your problem or the needs are, they will be met in the correct way. It was a wonderful experience.

From the time I made my appointment to the time I left, I was treated so good. Everyone in that place was so awesome. They explained everything and told me what to expect so I could understand my cost with my insurance and what insurance doesn't pay. No surprises as we move forward. I couldn't have ask for anything better.

I had a bad experience at another Aspen dental but the Cabot location is phenomenal. The fixed what the other office messed up and stuck with me for almost a year getting it right. These staff members are not just any people. They are compassionate and true angels. I don’t know where I would be without them. Long story short, I needed dentures. The other place not only messed up all of my paperwork but when it came time for extracting I was supposed to be with an oral surgeon. Needless to say they changed my appointment without telling me and the dentist butchered my mouth. I had whole hunks of teeth left in my mangled gums and she broke 2 parts of my lower jaw. I called Cabot to see if they could help me. After they saw me that was it. They took over my case and made it right. Now thanks to Dr Wu and all of the staff, including the office manager, made sure my mouth was fixed and made the best looking set of teeth I’ve ever seen. I will never forget them and what they did for me. These angels can’t possibly know how much their compassion has meant. Thanks guys and I’ll see you again soon!
