Suray is always very kind and attentive. She has a smile on her face every time she walks into the room and is very friendly. She explains things throughly and simply and does her best to help with any questions you may have. She always made me comfortable, even when I came by myself for the first time and was nervous.

All together a good visit.nA little bit of a cluster getting checked in with several folks having 8am (1st appointments as they open at 8am).nI waited patiently in my car till 7.55am then watched 1 person walk in so I followed & there was already 2 people signed in but not checked in.nInsurance issue with #1. #2 & I waited patiently…n#4 was called in before both of us…n#2 and I finally get called in.nI waited 25 minutes & was not checked in at that point.nI handed my insurance info at the front desk & stated I would settle up afterwards.nnI think a solution would be to open earlier or stagger appointments by 5 minutes increments or explain the situation at hand as #2 was aggravated.nThis would avoid confusion as we all are aware how much aggravation insurance can be.nnI want to be clear that this business has very nice, polite & friendly employees and I will return for those reasons.nnThis is just my opinion looking from the outside when I thought I had the 1st appointment of the day.
