My experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk, the assistants, and the doctor who treated me (he's from Colombia, though I apologize for forgetting his name) were all outstanding.nI came in with a very frustrating issue from an implant done elsewhere, and they truly resolved my emergency. Thank you so much!nHighly recommend this place. I live in Miami and was just passing through Cape Coral for a few days, but I'm glad I found them.

I went to this office to discuss getting dentures. From the time I entered the door the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. My consultation went extremely well, with all of my questions answered. My treatment plan was explained to me and I decided on a denture package in my budget. I didn't experience any upsell pressure at all. I needed a significant number of teeth removed and on the day of the surgery, everyone was extremely nice and sincerely focused on my comfort. Dr. Niera, Suray, Ihosley and Arelys were wonderful! Jason, the lab tech, crafted the perfect set of dentures for me! It was an excellent experience and truly has changed my life!

I had the most beautiful experience at this office. I was greeted by the most wonderful girl upfront, and was pulled back and accompanied by the best Dental Assistant, Suray. She helped walk me through my whole appointment and was helping me in the room during the appointment. Her presence was comforting. After the whole appointment, it was time for the consultation portion, and I was beyond scared. Money is tight (and gas ain't cheap) but Aida walked me though that whole process seamlessly. She put me on a payment plan and finally, something that I thought was unattainable (getting dental work done since it is so expensive) was finally happening in front of me. Aida truly worked her magic and scheduled all my appointments for me. I have never felt so cared for in any healthcare facility, let alone a dental office. Aida is a gem, but in all honesty... she is a reflection of the truly superb remainder of staff. Their sense of office comradery is so strong. Rather than feeling like you've stepped into an office, you feel like you've stepped into a family. I will tell all my friends to come here if they're needing any dental work done!
