Each member of this team was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Their collective expertise reflected well trained individuals whose skills and attention to detail had me in a comfort zone that proved they honestly cared about my particular situation. Dental health care is not an inexpensive undertaking, nor should it be considered as such. My appointment today was at the time promised. All employees were professional, educated and personable. From the front desk to the technicians to the Doctor, my service was beyond my expectations. Vanessa and Liz were stand out employees. Each step I was treated as if I was their only concern. ( I wasn't the only patient there) The fees were very fair and the gal giving me the quote was caring and a good listener. I needed some adjustments on my lower denture that was causing my lower jaw gum to become sore and started to bleed. Called the office and was ‘squeezed’ in for the same day appointment. Didn’t wait long and they attended to my problem. Vanessa was very helpful and professionally made adjustments to my denture She made sure that the denture was fitting and comfortable for me to chew as normal again. I have been with Aspen Dental for 6 yrs now and their hospitality and professionalism has never disappoint me.
