Very knowledgeable staff across the board. They gave me a full, no-nonsense evaluation and outlook on my future dental care. Very knowledgeable and professional. Even the costs were very reasonable. They even have financing available if the costs are too steep. I was honestly losing hope in finding a reliable office for my dental needs then I found the peace of mind I needed with Aspen Dental. I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Colorado Springs! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. New client and first visit today. I loved everything and everyone at Aspen Dental. The texts messages to “confirm” were a little excessive (x4) and the time changed without me knowing. Other than that, I am happy to find a new dentist and team that is very sweet, knowledgeable and compassionate about their clients.

Everyone from reception to the office manager were absolutely fantastic. They are extremely welcoming, listen to my concerns and kept me involved in every step. The provider, Hattie Willard is excellent. She' has a great bedside manner and is open to questions and concerns. Sometimes the scariest part of dental care is the price tag. However Nicole Santana, the office manager, made it a breeze, no sticker shock! She was transparent, open and flexible to our families needs and a plan that fit those needs .

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental, and I was truly impressed. The entire staff—from the receptionist, X-ray technician, hygienist, and dental assistant to the financial team—was amazing. They made my wife and me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They took the time to walk us through my dental issues and explain every step of my future treatment plan. The financial staff sat down with us to clearly break down the costs, what my insurance would cover, and what our portion would be. They even helped us arrange financing so I could afford the treatment I need. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team.
