I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental in Concord. The doctors and staff are both competent and genuinely kind, and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. It’s clear that everyone there is working very hard to provide good care.nnThat said, the office is extremely busy and seems to be short staffed most of the time. Even with that challenge, the team does their best to stay organized and attentive. The wait can be a bit longer because of how busy they are, but in my opinion it’s worthwhile because the care and professionalism are there.nnI really hope management is able to hire more staff soon so the team can get the support they deserve. They’re doing a great job under a lot of pressure.

I walked in with no appointment and was seen promptly, given a tablet to fill out simple enough forms. Then I was escorted with technician taking an x-ray and bringing my broken denture (reason for visit) to lab to ensure a fix. Dentist came in for a few moments to check gums and jaw I presume; nothing was said. Very pleasant woman. They said they'd call within 2 hrs when repaired denture was ready to pick up and they did. They handled everything with insurance. No payment needed then and there; no time wasted; very clean facility; lovely young woman as technician. My only point in giving 4 stars rather than 5 was the need for x-ray or any time with dentist since I came specifically and only for a denture repair. They explained that I had to be established as a patient first. I saw the x-ray as unnecessary to what needed to be done let alone time with dentist. I would return if more care was needed. They did gently advise that it might be time for me to replace dentures but what retired person on SS income can possibly afford that.
