I had such a great experience from start to finish. The whole team creates a welcoming and comfortable environment every time I come in. Dr. Brown and Shameena were patient, thorough, and made my extraction process smooth and stress-free. Janay greets me with a smile each time. Ms. Latoya is great at making sure I understand my treatment and finance plan. Her patience is BEYOND this world! Truly an incredible team, Girl Power!

I had been avoiding dentist for so long and decided to actually travel 65 miles to this particular office because they were open to seeing me quick. Listen, from the reception to the dental assistant to the hygienist to the patient experience coordinator to the operations manager everyone was awesome and extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. I appreciate all of their help and guidance!nnShameena the dental assistant was awesome and she was patient with me. She reminded me not to be ashamed and that I was in good hands. Dr. Irby was so nice and knowledgeable! Janay was so sweet and very welcoming! And good ole Mrs. Latoya I was instantly impressed with her knowledge, good character and patience with me! You guys are great and I’m not longer a new patient but now an EXISTING ONE‼️

This was y first time here at Aspen Dental Ave I couldn’t have felt more welcomed. The front office was friendly and the environment was very clean. My dental assistant, Azsa was wonderful!!! She was friendly, caring, patient and very informative. She’s very kind and personable. She explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. My first visit here was a pleasure to have.

Very thorough process. Visit took a bit too long but I was told it would be because this was the consultation visit. Facility offers high tech services. Staff were very knowledgeable about everything. Staff were very friendly as well. Opened on time too. Convenient to my home.

My experience at Aspen Dental was amazing! From the moment I walked in the receptionist Janay took great care of me. She had excellent customer service skills, very patient and her attitude was very pleasant. The young lady Azsa whom was the dental assistant did an amazing job taking my xrays. I normally dread doing the xrays because the way the sharp sticks stab your gums but she was very gentle as she adjusted the tool. She was so thorough as she prepped me to be seen and had such a fun bubbly personality. I loved it.nI was also blown away by their dental hygienist Kristina and how she explained things to me in great detail, there was no need for me to ask any questions because she had explained it all so well. And I ended my visit with the Dentist, Whom did a wonderful job verifying that all my needs and questions were met and checking things out briefly and their financial aspect with Latoya was phenomenal! She took care of me and was able to work things out so I didn't have to break my pockets this holidays season! I am so grateful for the exceptional services I received today! 10 out of 10!
