I had a really good experience, and the team was able to treat and save my teeth. They are really knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Timing wise with an appointment, they were able to perform all services requested/needed and get me in and out in a decent time. Pricing is fair as long as you have insurance or some type of supplemental co-paying form of insurance. They do offer such in addition to financing plans. I would definitely recommend them and be back for future visits.

From the moment I walked into Aspen Dental, I was greeted with a warm smile from the front desk. She was so knowledgeable when it came to my insurance policy and made the process easy and stress-free. When I was brought to the back for my X-rays, Hanna was so pleasant and gentle with me — she made me feel completely comfortable. Then Norma came in for her assessment, and she was just as friendly and caring. Azsa was wonderful too! But baby, Dr. Irdy Johnson is the BEST! I’ve been to the dentist before, but I’ve never experienced anything like this. This group of ladies is truly a dynamic team — professional, kind, and full of positive energy. When it came time to go over the financial details, Jamie was on it, honey! She explained everything clearly, and after my amazing experience in the back, paying for my treatment was no problem — I did it with a smile! I’ve already told my friends, family, and coworkers about these amazing women. Aspen Dental, you’ve got an incredible team, and I’m so grateful for the care I received!

Dr.Irby-Johnson is AMAZING and shows extreme compassion towards her patients. She treated me with so much care. Dr.Brown is so sweet and makes sure you leave with a satisfied smile. Latoya is AWESOME! She will make sure she try her best to make your smile affordable!!!! Jamie is so sweet and helpful. Janay, Hannah and Azsa are all great DA’s. They are so helpful and comforting to making sure they help get you the smile they want. Overall I love this dentist office. The whole staff are AMAZING together and individually.

Dr Irby and La-Toya made it happen I was able to get my denture repaired so I could eat dinner for Thanksgiving and I am getting a new set as well. I will tell everyone about this facility at Covington. My cousin told me and that's why I came in. Thanks to the Lab Tech for blessing me as well. Grateful for the experience and the hospitality.

I went to Aspen Dental for the first time today. And I enjoyed every second of my dental experience. Lakirra, Janay, and LaToya were friendly and prompt and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
