I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Defuniak Springs, Florida. Cooper and Monty were incredibly helpful and patient, explaining why my dentures might have cracked. The dentist was fantastic as well—she explained how important it is to leave my dentures out overnight so my gums can breathe and stay healthy. Maya at the front desk was also wonderful—she caught a billing error, explained it, apologized, and processed my refund right away. I truly appreciate their outstanding service!

Everyone is really nice and helpful. Walked me through all the way from getting my teeth cleaned, to taking my wisdom teeth out, and now currently getting aligners. They didn’t make me feel out of place, even though it was my first time to the dentist. The doctors treat you like family here. Hoping that all Aspen Dentals are like this!

I had a really great experience thanks to their wonderful staff. They were able to fit me in the next day, and the front desk handled an insurance issue with patience. Both the X-ray tech and hygienist were so kind and knowledgeable. The operations manager brought great energy, and the doctor was very informative and reassuring. Can’t recommend them enough at the Crestview location!
