I wanted to give a shout out to the Crossville Aspen Dental team. Over the past few months, I have had several visits for procedures and adjustments which is still ongoing. Dr. Meeks has assured me that the end result will be great looking teeth. As of this time, I have no reason to doubt her. She is committed and has always been professional explaining every step of the way. I am looking forward to the final outcome.nnI have had contact with Dr. Song as well. He is very kind, caring and takes the time to listen to any concerns.nnI wanted to give a special recognition to Jasmine the technician as well. She is always pleasant and helpful. She takes the time to go over every step of what she is doing and what needs to be done once I leave the office. She is a joy to work with.nnThank you to the entire hard-working team!!

It was my first time at this dental office, and let me just say, holy moly! I have not experienced such top of the line customer service from a doctor’s office in a very long time. They even offered a special promotion for an exam/x-ray! My dental assistant, Kimber, was absolutely amazing, and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the treatment plans. They were all very sweet and caring people. More doctors offices need to function like this one does. 10/10 :)

Thanks to Dallas at Aspen Dental who organized a walk in tooth extraction in a matter of minutes. The courteous and lovely staff were a real blessing. I’m not a resident and had no insurance but it was really affordable. I was in desperate need of a tooth extraction and it was very inexpensive, I’m so grateful that they were able to extract the tooth in one visit along with a complimentary tooth and gum examination, which really set my mind at ease having neglected going to a dentist for so long. This was an S tier experience. Walk-ins are welcomed in Crossville Aspen Dental. Highly recommended.
