My visit for a cracked tooth at Aspen dental went much better than I anticipated. Starting with Ashley at the front desk then Macy for the X-rays. Melissa was very kind when she examined my mouth. And Dr. Nguyen was thankfully gentle. Jiset was beyond helpful when it came to deciding how to go forward with the work I need done. Overall the best dental experience I've ever had.

This was my first time visiting a dentists in YEARS!! I was so nervous about the process and the financial aspect but this place is phenomenal!nnI made my appointment online easily (unlike other dental places that made me send an email and they never contacted me back to confirm appointment), and Aspen Dental followed up by text message confirming my appointment date. I came a few minutes early and they seen me right away, I wasn’t even finished filling out all my paperwork before I had finished my X-rays and got put in a chair waiting to be seen by the dentist! Service was TOP NOTCH at the very least.nnAfter a full exam by Dr Nguyen, I was made priority and was scheduled for treatment the same day after going through the quick payment plan process with Halie Owens. The plans were so affordable that I couldn’t hesitate to move forward.nnI came back in the same afternoon to see Kaylen the Hygienist and she was so down to earth about everything and it made me feel really comfortable. She made a complete difference in my teeth and it wasn’t painful at all. She was very attentive and explained everything well.nnI didn’t feel judged by teeth health or pressured to do anything, everyone treated me with respect as if they were happy I was there and eager to help.nnI left feeling rejuvenated & relaxed and went straight to work. I love this place and I’m happy I chose to come here.

Debbie was wonderful during my visit. She took my X-rays and was incredibly personable, explaining each step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. X-rays are never comfortable, but she kept me verbally distracted, made me laugh, and helped me feel completely at ease. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference in my experience.
