Aspen Dental in Danbury, CT has been amazing! I woke up with my face swollen and had a really bad abscess. I walked in without an appointment at 7:30am. This was one of most caring and professional experiences I’ve ever had at any medical practice, ever. I could tell from the moment I walked in that they were empathetic and wanted to help me. Their office manager was very clear on the process and what to expect. The hygienist Juhi is like a magician. I’ve been back several times after my initial visit to have a full deep scaling, which has been impossible at all other dentists I’ve visited. Juhi is very personable and was able to put me at ease, but her technique was incredible. I’ve never had a scaling that I’ve referred to as painless until now. I had to have three teeth pulled in total. One on the day I walked in without an appointment, and two more in the following weeks. Dr. Lindley is a true master of his craft, explaining the process thoroughly and was very compassionate. With all three teeth I felt no pain through the entire extraction process. This is the first time in 50 years that I’m actually looking forward to returning to the dentist.

The entire staff here is incredible! I’m a new patient who came in for an exam and general check-up. My visit began with the dental assistant, Alonna, who effortlessly made me feel comfortable, kept me informed every step of the way, and showed genuine care for my well-being and questions. The dentist, hygienist, and practice manager all addressed my concerns with knowledge, care, and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend the team enough!

Not having a check-up in over 15+ years, I'm amazed at the advancements in dental care. From the X-Rays, 3D-Models (Digitally) to the tools, mind-blowing. Let's not forget the dentist, hygienist and even the office manager were professional, put my anxiety at ease, and very friendly. I will definitely be going back for routine care!!

The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. Mariah has to be one of the most pleasant dental assistants I’ve ever met. Judy the hygienist was extremely polite and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Lindley addressed my dental issue immediately and it was completely pain free. At no point did I feel pressured into doing something other than what was needed to be addressed. Also Sarah was extremely helpful with breaking down my dental plan. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my experience was at Aspen Dental. Im looking forward to the entire team helping build back my brand new smile. Highly recommended.

I called the Danbury office to inquire about dental services for my mom, and although I wasn't sure of the exact terminology, Rebecca made the process seamless. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly pleasant from the moment she answered the phone. She guided the conversation perfectly, ensuring I got all the answers I needed.
