Went here for an emergency toothache, because everyone else was booked months out. They wouldn't pull my tooth that day unfortunately, most places wouldnt have im sure. They only look at them and take xrays and go over a plan. They got me in though for the following Monday to pull the tooth. My other teeth ain't great either and we made a plan for them. My insurance covered half the total bill. They used care credit to cover the rest, which I'm fine with because I would never be able to afford it otherwise. The price is lower then i expected. They also have tvs on the chairs! I always said dentists should have tv in the ceiling but this works to, especially for people with anxiety like me. Everyone was very nice. The payment lady Jill couldn't have been nicer and more understanding, even if she was making it up she was still very nice. Its not a normal dentist. Don't go there thinking that.

Therese truly made my experience enjoyable! I’ve always been scared of dentists even at the age of 24 but let me tell ya. She was super nice and funny! She is really personable and makes sure ur experience is enjoyable! Any questions you have she can either answer or bring u to the right person. I felt extremely comfortable at aspen dental Dubois! And I thank the dentist the hygienist and Therese! With all of that even their financial department made sure you were taken care of and understood the process that’s about to happen. They are just a true 10/10 team here and it doesn’t feel like it’s mandated it feels like it’s out of passion!!! Aspen dental Dubois has made me comfortable on attacking my dental problems not just as a team but as a caring family!

The work station room setups made process fast for all X-rays and treatment plan. I have to have everything removed and top and bottom dentures. I was very comfortable with them doing surgery and replacing after my appointment. It's not cheap anywhere but they work finance in house. Dreading payments but excited to eat and no more toothaches.😊

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental in Dubois, PA. From the moment I walked in until I was done, everyone was warm and friendly. The girls at the frontcdesk were very sweet. The place was clean and inviting. Cayla, the tech, took me back to the first room where she took xrays, then we went to another room for more xrays, we then went to a three room where I got some more test and then the dentist came in and he explained everything I needed to get done. He took his time and when he was done, we had a plan. Cayla was knowledgeable and friendly, she took her time and did an excellent job. After I was done there , I met with Jill to go over billing and schedule my next appointment. The billing was quick and easy with many options. Scheduling was easy and simple. From start and finish I had an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs dental work done.

The service was fantastic. The doc and assistant great. The only complaint is the price I paid to have a tooth filled. They don't accept discount cards I think they give a 20% discount but need to give us senior citizens a better price.
